 Discworld MUD “Great A’Tuin the turtle comes, swimming slowly through
the interstellar gulf, hydrogen frost on his ponderous limbs, his huge
and ancient shell pocked with meteor craters…” Discworld MUD
(Multi-User Dungeon) has been my home and playground on the internet
for so many years that I cannot really remember when I first logged on
to create a character or even what my first character was.
I have been playing, in various guises, for a very long
time. I found out early on that the best
way to learn about the MUD is to experiment with various characters
until you find one that suits you well. Then
stick with it and make that character into a real personality, a life
created in the text of the mud client.
